BMW plans 20 percent reduction in management structure
Fewer divisions and associated management roles are planned by mid-2027.
BMW outlined its reorganisation on 30 September. It plans to cut the number of divisions and associated management roles by 20 percent by mid-2027.
Lower organisational levels will also be adjusted. The measures complement the workforce restructuring programme agreed with the works council in July.
